Who Are the Dream Builders?
At Building Dreams Early Intervention, we are committed to supporting children ages 0–6 and their families through every step of the developmental journey. In partnership with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD), we guide families through the referral and eligibility process while providing personalized early intervention services.
Our team works closely with each family to create meaningful goals, offer supportive resources, and ensure every child has the opportunity to grow, develop, and reach their full potential.

Abby Merritt
Service Coordinator
Hello! I’m Abby Merritt, a Psychology graduate from Lander University with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and developmental delays. I’ve held roles including Case Manager with the Autism Society and various leadership positions with OIDD.
For the past three years, I’ve been with Building Dreams Early Intervention (Pathwise), advancing from Family Trainer to Service Coordinator and Supervisor, where I support families through developmental milestones.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jamie, our children, Bella and Mason, and our two cats, Pumpkin & Eevee. I love walking outdoors, socializing, reading, and engaging children through sensory books and creative play like Play-Doh.
